I also see the same thing. 12 credits have not been added to my account. This also happened when a key is won. This problem seems to show up when using the "Open All" button. When using the arrows on each row, I haven't had this problem.

Obligations which Totem try to meet - and do meet for most of the withdrawn cards. But, as the court case that resulted when they tried to oppose the first withdrawal, those obligations are trumped by the girl's right to insist on total removal if that is what she wants. This right overrides anything in the contract between Totem and the girl.

They normally put the special event cards to the side about 2 weeks before the release. The mystery special event was decided upon very recently, like a last minute decision. If you want to know the card it is on the showroom. This is probably why stuff is broken, for some reason they wanted to do another special event.

Similar sites aren't likely as transparent, and you do not have a collection on similar sites, so lets say metart has 750 girls, a 4 of them have retired and asked for their stuff to be removed, you would never know. But when you "own" the cards, and they are in a collection and playlist them totem has to tell you.

In my opinion istripper and Metart are not similar. While at Metart a monthly membership gives you a flatrate for all available content for one month, on istripper you pay per set, which makes me OWN a license for a set. On the other hand istripper is not a simple download where you are responsible for a backup yourself, but also requires a kind of online activation and synchronisation. And the later in my opinion brings not only DRM possibilities for the seller, but also obligations. Probably I expect too much and that's the reason why I use a streaming flatrate, but never bought a digital movie to own. But I have to admit that Totem is at least better than the movie industry.

as a work around,
In your crypto wallet, you can Swap DOLZ for another token,

It became available to me after finishing the progress bar, I only couldn't find it initially because the card moved to the bottom of my collection, due to the fact that the release date is set to "Coming Soon". It could be downloaded and played. It's not marked as SEC, so you will not find it in the SEC section of "My Collection", but in the normal ("All") section. The easiest way to find the card is to search for "Ryana" in the "My Collection" view.

you must be unlucky then .I spent about 600/700 credits but every time I won something it was excacly what was shown on the screen... Only anoying the sec will be available on the 23th of june .. so I stopped playing for the other one ..will be in july or august i'm afraid...

The pleasure chest takes more than 12 credits, about every 20 to 25 plays. It just took 37 credits for one play. It also does not always give you the right amount of credits that you won.

Something weird is going on with the SEC's this time around. First of all the Ryana SEC was shown in the SEC section of the Store this morning, but disappeared the minute the current event went live, later to show up in the Coming Soon section with a release date of next week.
Second, I played the event for two full progress bars and Ryana did show up in My Collection, but with a Coming Soon tag and no SEC sign. When I clicked it, it stayed gray and then disappeared from My Collection. She is now nowhere to be found.
Third, I got the Mystery SEC at the end of the second progress bar, but that one is nowhere to be found either.

Edit: I Found the Ryana SEC when searching on her name. She's al the way down in the selection just above the "deleted cards". She pops up as Coming Soon, but can be downloaded

WIll all the odds be adjusted accordingly beforehand to prevent this from happening, or will the SEC be replaced with card(s)/credits as it happens? In which case, what will the rewarded card/credits be, all at random, or a joker/fixed amount of credits?
