i have also this problem, and i lost my internet connection, i wait a moment and i try to download again.

but verify the space you have on the hardrive.

Hi alerte, did you solve this problem? Last time I met a similar situation Celine told me to delete a file. But I have no idea for this one.

I can download all previews but cannot download any full show (new or old).

Deactivate your anti-virus
