Thanks for the analysis. But I don't own all the cards, so this would significantly increase my cost of winning a joker. Plus I prefer to control which cards I purchase rather than a random system.

The Slot machine does NOT automatically add cards to your collection.
you only win credits and jokers
you get a discount wheel, and then you have the option to buy the cards displayed for that discount.
No cards are automatically won on the Slot machine.

Is this still true if you get a 100% off discount?
I mean, are these cards then added directly, or do you still have to click to 'buy' them, even though they cost nothing?
Even so, I invite you to click "add to my collection" if you want them.

then you Still Must Click on the Button to add them to your collection
they are Not Automatically Added.
The Slot machine is one of the ONLY event, that does not Automatically add cards to your Collection.
even when you have a FREE discount win.

Surely if any cards in the Slot Machine are offered at 100% discount you're going to grab them no matter what.😆

This means that I can play the slot machine and not win cards.
Yes, Give it a go, while there are a few days left...
Play at the 2 Credits, about 60 -80 spins, give or take will net you 5 joker symbols on the wheels and you win a joker card.
Plus in between you win back some credits.
If you want to win back more credits Play at 12 credits per spin..
Maybe 30 -50 or so spins will net you a joker.
But you will win back credits to offset the credits you use.

Play at the 2 Credits, about 60 -80 spins, give or take will net you 5 joker symbols on the wheels and you win a joker card.
You have a great slot machine. My results are much worse! Be careful not to give false hopes

of the 20 jokers I won.

I played lots and used maybe 2500 credits.
I had no intention in getting any cards, free or for a great discount.
Except, I had the thought if I could get four cards of Shelena with at least 30% discount,
or if I could get three cards of Shelena with at least 30% discount, plus a coin.
I would have actually bought Shelena. It had to be ONLY Shelena.
I did not check out my first three jokers, and I went as low as 2 credits to as high as 12 credits. I also bet other amounts.
For my next two jokers, I bet 12 credits each and every play.
I got my fourth joker after forty-eight (48) plays, maybe one or two plays more than that.
I got my fifth joker after forty-four (44) plays, maybe one or two plays more than that.
For these two jokers, I have a net spend of 648 credits total.
Four times (twice before the fourth joker, twice before the fifth joker) I won back 60 credits. I never did get three coins in the games for the last two jokers.
Earlier, when not tracking my plays and spending amount, I did win 100 credits once after getting three coins. I bet only two credits at that time.

Not once did I click 'add to collection', not even the few times I got 100% discount. The 100% discount seems even more elusive than the joker, as I not once saw it in the past hour while trying for the last two jokers.

I got four more jokers. I bet only 2 credits and kept track of the number of plays to get each joker symbol, and how many total net credits lost before getting each joker
joker 1: 190 net credits lost
number of plays to get one joker symbol: 21, 7, 99, 23, 30
joker 2: 296 net credits lost
number of plays to get one joker symbol: 8, 112, 16, 11, 67
joker 3: 516 net credits lost
number of plays to get one joker symbol: 25, 36, 240, 60, 147

I also did a run of 2 credits to see how it did for jokers compared to 12 credits.
It took 332 total plays (664 gross credits)
I won two credits 75 times (22.59%), ten credits 13 times (3.92%), and one hundred credits 2 times (0.60%) for a total of 480 credits won back.
Net 184 credits spent for the joker.
Some observations: getting the 100 credit win twice in this run seems rather fortunate. Also, that many spins with most outcomes being ignored starts to get boring.
I was also curious about the discount distribution (although I didn't buy any cards with the lower discount).
20% discount: 48.80%
25% discount: 29.52%
35% discount: 15.06%
45% discount: 5.42%
60% discount: 1.20%
Similar distribution to my observed discounts at 12 coins per play which has one more bin.
50% discount: 45.62%
55% discount: 29.49%
65% discount: 13.82%
75% discount: 7.37%
90% discount: 2.30%

yes, we are thinking about solutionsEx cards need to go, this is an insult for your costumers have some shame!
It's taking Totem a long time to come up with “fair” solutions for those who have all the cards, it seems, even if there have been suggestions.
Through my credit purchases, above 6000, I managed to get 3 SECs and 1 Ex-Card (Atlantis Deep), in 2024.
As I've stocked up for the next year, there's no chance for me, who's not a gambler, to have any other cards of this kind apart from the Advent calendar SEC, as I've stocked up on credits for the year.
I'm not going to start accumulating credits just to acquire these cards, nor spend them needlessly on games to enrich Totem. There are better causes to donate to.

Je ne vais tout de même pas me mettre à accumuler des crédits juste pour l'acquisition de ces cartes, ni les dépenser inutilement dans des jeux pour l'enrichissement de Totem. Il y a de meilleures causes pour faire des dons.

I agree 100% @ComteDracula. I expect that they make most of their money from new customers and so couldn't care less about those with large existing collections. This is their busiest time of the year and success will be measured on total take.

This is the first time I'm skipping an EX-Card event altogether. Given how much of a disappointment the last one was back in September (Atlantis Deep), I would of expected the devs to at least release a short preview clip of these shows so people know what they're spending their money on and to better assess whether it's really worth it or not. Kirke, Kelly Collins and this new Inna & Kristy duo don't seem to be anything too special, and I prefer to keep my collection manageable and don't like jam-packing it with cards I never watch anyway.
Other than that, the exorbitantly high cost of 4000 event coins for an artificially inflated card is just off the charts insane! At 2000 event coins previously, EX-cards have been relatively accessible (albeit still controversial) if you were ready to invest a bit more and go for a big credit pack. Putting event cards behind a gambling paywall of more than 500 USD is a new low by Totem. But tbh, I expect even more despicable FOMO-trickeries in the near future. Mark my words.

You can purchase credits ... the 2500 credit purchase ($199) earns 1500 event coins (with the 20% bonus you get 3000 credits). A couple of purchases like that loses no credits on games and gives you enough credits for a year.

You can purchase credits ... the 2500 credit purchase ($199) earns 1500 event coins (with the 20% bonus you get 3000 credits). A couple of purchases like that loses no credits on games and gives you enough credits for a year.
So are you saying if I spent $400 to buy 6,000 credits I would get the Duo card with no other hoops to jump through?
I already have about 1200 credits and don't think I'm spending even 1,000 credits a year anymore but .. maybe having a decade of credits will keep me interested. I have to admit I would really like that Duo card.

If you do not already have a bunch of points, then purchase the following:
two 2500 credit packages, giving you 3000 points.
two 1000 credit packages, giving you 1000 points.
This will get you to 4000 points, enough for the duo EX card.
note: the higher bitcoin packages do not give points.

So there is no 20% bonus and it takes $590 for 7,000 credits to get the duo card. A decade of credits was pushing it .. don't think I need a lifetime of credits.
But just to be clear this is for the duo card .. right? I saw 2 other cards in the banner and I assume one is for annual disaster they call the advent and the other must be for something else. I'm only interested in the duo card and would be seriously annoyed if I ended up with a lifetime of credits and no duo?

Kirke will cost you 1000 points.
After that, Kelly will cost you a further 1000 points (2000 points so far).
After that, the duo will cost you a further 2000 points (4000 points total).
You must collect Kirke first, then Kelly, then the duo.
You cannot get the duo without collecting those first.
There was a bonus ending this past Sunday or Monday. It is gone.
The Advent Calendar has the Paola Hard card. This is completely separate.
You will get this card only if you buy the calendar.
After that, Kelly will cost you a further 1000 points (2000 points so far).
After that, the duo will cost you a further 2000 points (4000 points total).
You must collect Kirke first, then Kelly, then the duo.
You cannot get the duo without collecting those first.
