Yes, this is true
Pause and Slow are added when one has 100 cards, becoming Platinum.
Pause and Slow will be added to the left click on model.
Pause and Slow will be added to the contextual menu, which is right click on model.
However, after becoming Platinum, one still needs to choose these items, as they are off by default.

I am poor and yet I have over 4,500 cards in my aplication. And those are just the cards I like. I took great care of my money.
