I think the Odds really depend on what is available for you to win.
You seem to already have all the cards available.
and I would tend to think that the cards are favored more than Credits.
So if you have no cards to Win, then yeah...
many scratches are Not going to be winners.
I just played using a test account
Played 10 tickets.
6 times I won between 1 to 5 cards, 23 cards total
1 time I won Credits 30 with a 5X multiplier for 150 Credits.
3 times I lost.

Still miss some SEC cards but the odds aren't encouraging. There should be implemented odds that balance the system when you can't earn cards. The fairer way would be to replace the chance to wincards by achance to win a 30*1 who is slightly less favorable in term of value or to just remove the possibility to drop them and the winning percentage adapt proportionnally between the existing options.
