so my bank wont let me buy credits with my debit card but thats ok, theres checks but then the bank wont let me use checks to buy credits either but thats ok, theres paypal,but guess what, I can not use paypal anymore either.
so my question is,
is there a work around to this issue?
how can I buy credits if I can not use the the system in place? debit card,credit card,checks and or paypal ?
if there any other way please let me know.

Have you contacted your Bank to let them know that it is You making the Purchase and not a suspicious actor using your account?
This can usually be done on a phone conversation, but you may have to stop in one of the Branch offices.

Any time I make an International purchase, I have to contact my Banks fraud department to let them know it's me making the purchase.
Often, I will call ahead of time to let them know so it's not declined the 1st time I try.

Many times I do use Paypal.
I start with the Credit Card Option
Switch to Epoch as the Processor
then on the Payment Page, I use the Paypal option om the Epoch payment page.
