Other than that, the exorbitantly high cost of 4000 event coins for an artificially inflated card is just off the charts insane! At 2000 event coins previously, EX-cards have been relatively accessible (albeit still controversial) if you were ready to invest a bit more and go for a big credit pack. Putting event cards behind a gambling paywall of more than 500 USD is a new low by Totem. But tbh, I expect even more despicable FOMO-trickeries in the near future. Mark my words.
@Voluntas yeah and the next trickery most likely on what they call Cyber Monday.

This means that I can play the slot machine and not win cards.Yes, Give it a go, while there are a few days left...Play at the 2 Credits, about 60 -80 spins, give or take will net you 5 joker symbols on the wheels and you win a joker card.Plus in between you win back some credits. If you want to win back more credits Play at 12 credits per spin..Maybe 30 -50 or so spins will net you a joker. But you will win back credits to offset the credits you use.I also advise to play using your Web Browser.go her and Log in 1st:https://www.istripper.comthen Play here:https://www.istripper.com/booster/currentpromo?explicit=1Why play in the browser?Because the app, adds a layer of connections that impacts the Smoothness of play.using the web browser, give you the best play experience. ( and faster to reach your Goal )

I had very different results with the slot machine. Maybe mods get to use a different slot machine. 12 credits took 63 spins & 5,924 net credits. 2 credits took 381 spins and 5,454 credits. While I may have been unlucky with both options, the real issue is that the cards offered are clearly not chosen randomly. With the 12 credits I was offered 236 cards and 14 of those cards were repeats so 5.9% of the cards I was offered were repeats. And one of the cards was offered 3 times. With the 2 credits I was offered the same card in back to back spins. I don't own that many cards to get so many repeated cards. Plus, I rarely received cards of models that I own. With the 12 credits I only purchased on e set of cards because I had no interest in the 235 other offers. Plus, I only bought the one set because it was 90% off I believe. Otherwise I wouldn't have bought any cards because I wasn't interested in anything I was offered.

It took way too many spins to win a joker in my opinion. I got so bored that I accidently hit the add to collection by mistake instead of the spin button. So ended up with a set of cards that I don't want. Can an option to confirm the add to collection be added like there is in the preview system?

If your Goal is to earn 4000 points to get the EX Duo Card
I would plan out the path best to reach that Goal.

Probably could be achieved for less than the number you posted.

What Bonus Events can you complete to Earn Points?
You mentioned that you currently have 1200 credits.
There are Points to Be earned by Playing the Slot Event.

play at 12 per spin,
you will win back Credits and probably Jokers.
Starting with your 1200 credits, you Might win back enough to play through 2000 or more credits.
( your 1200 plus your winnings )
This puts you at 165 points so far

Then you could start with a Purchase of 2500 credits
adds 1500 points
1665 points
Continue with the Slot play to reach 2500 or the 5000 played.
( You might just win back enough Credits to make it all the way to the 5000 Quest. )

If you play all the way to the 5000 credits used Quest
you will then have a total
of 2415 points.

Then from this point you can decide your Best plan to earn the needed 1585 points.

Playing the Slots, might have earned you Enough Jokers to Complete the Use 5 jokers Quest.

Or Maybe you were Lucky to Win the Slot 4 Coin Jackpot ( 1000x ) your Bet.
at 12 credit Max Bet that is 12,000 credits.

So then Maybe a 2nd Reload of 2500 credits Along with Using 5 Jokers and you will Reach the 4000 points.

There are Thrill Spin Quests that can Also Add Points Instead of using the Jokers.

But that is up to you, plan out your Path using the Quests Available to you.

I would play using my Web Browser.

You can even Tile two Browser Windows, and Play two Slots side by side.
so your Time spent Playing is more Efficient.

Address to play the events using your Web Browser.

WELL that does all seems simple enough (LOL) BUT ... it sounds somewhat random and with no guarantees other than I'll end up with old random cards that I would already own if I wanted them. If I'm 'lucky' it would cost me less in cash but I'll probably end up with less that the 7000 credits that I would get from simply buying credits.

And the 'games' sounds like a huge time suck and a depressing way to spend my day.

I would rather spend the $600 knowinging it will work. . I would rather spend more knowing I'll get what I want without the tedium of playing 'games' and ending up with lots of 'prizes' I don't want.

Playing the Slot does NOT add any Random cards..
That is the Reason to use the Slot Event as opposed to the other Events.

NO CARDS are automatically added during the SLOT events.

The Primary reason I suggested the Slot Event is the Potential to win Many Jokers for Future or Past SEC cards.

Sounds like your Math is a little off there..
63 spins @12 credits is 756 credits, and you won back 264 for a Net of 492 credits spent.
you then got the 3 Quest Points 5, 10, 50 for using 500 credits on the slot event.

381 spins @2 credits is 762 credits and you won back 350 for a net of 412 credits spent.
you then reached the next slot Quest of 1000 credits used and got the 100 points.

you Earned 2 Jokers on the Slots, 165 Quest points
used a total of 1518 credits
won Back 614 credits
for a net credits spent of 904 or 452 credits per Joker.

I didn't add the credits used to purchase the cards,
only the credits used on Playing the Slot Event.

Maybe mods get to use a different slot machine

Nope, everyone plays the same events, there is no special events or privilege for a Moderator.
But Admittedly,
I only played One round using 2 credits to win a Joker, and I guess I was lucky to only have needed about 80 spins.

I won 19 jokers playing on the 12 credit spins
I won 1 joker playing on the 2 credits spins

I played through a little over 11,000 total credits to collect my data.
My net Spend per Joker was a little less than your Experience.
322 per Joker for me.

Also, to Maximize my play efficiency
I played using my Web Browser
https://www.istripper.com/software/specialevent/blackfriday2024?noreload=1

I opened multiple copies of my Browser and tiled them so I could Play more than One Slot At a time.
By staggering 1 second between Clicks of the Spin Button, I could Keep the Slot Machine in Each Browser Spinning.
Reducing the Amount of time I need to reach the 5000 credits spent Goal.

Example of my Tiled Browser for the Slot Play
two copies of the Browser open, Tiled Side By Side, each with the Slot Event Open.
Stagger the Spin Button to Keep the Wheels Spinning to Minimize the Time needed to reach the Credits Used Goal.

I hope, in the lottery, you will win something useful this year. It is random, but I hope you win something you can use.

Thank you. That's kind of you @willyweekly 😊

This is good to know but still don't want to spend $40-50 or more on a 'game' for a Joker. I would consider buying a lot credits to get the duo if I thought I would eventually use them.

In the end I think the 'Ex' cards is moronic so I'm going to pass. I'll forget the card even exist as soon as the next card I can't buy comes along and I'm sure that won't be long.

@dar2112v

even if you are not interested in obtaining the EX card,
you might still want to participate in the Slot event to earn Jokers.

This Black Friday Slot event is probably the best Joker event iStripper has ever had.

I want the card, I don't want the card, I want the card...
very insightful indeed.

By you own numbers one should be happy paying almost $50 per joker. That may be the best event ever but I'll pass.

Let me simplify -

I want the card but I don't want to buy a lifetime of credits or waste time playing boring 'games' in hopes I only pay $50 each for however many jokers it takes to get the duo card.

I'm not sure insight is the right word but for clarity lets just say I have better things to do with both my time and money. I'll keep buying the cards Totem is willing to sell as long as I don't feel like an idiot for doing it.

actually, this is my own account:
my Net per Joker for the 20 jokers I earned was 322 per Joker.

A Member purchasing the 2500 package with 20% reload bonus got
3000 credits for $199.99 with a net cost of $0.0667 per credit.

that amounts to each Joker costing 322 credits x $0.0667 = $21.48

of course, the 20% reload is over.
even without the reload bonus, the 2500 credits are then $0.08 credits
199.99 / 2500 = $0.08 x 322 = $25.76 per Joker

and for the other members reporting slightly higher net Per jokers of 452
with the reload Bonus, because they probably purchased their credits during that time
452 x $0.0667 = $30.15

Now when you ask other Members who took part in past events to earn an SEC card
how many credits they spent for that SEC, I think this Slot Joker Event is still the best event iStripper
has offered to date to be able to Earn Jokers for Past and Future SEC cards.

There are many times members come in here and post negativity about how much it costs to get the SEC cards.

well here is an Event that is offering probably the lowest cost per Joker

you either take advantage of it, or you don't
Plenty of Members have..
So here you have an opportunity
Take advantage of it, or don't...
No need to be insulting the ones that have.

My personal average for now 13 jokers was under $18 each. I'd agree, best event I recall iStripper has ever had for jokers. If you want them, this was the event to get them in.

So I think I have changed. After the adventcalender is over, I gonna downgrade myself to Master level. Mobilsite is not important to me. I have now jumped over two ex-card events, and its okay. FOMO is not a thing for me anymore. If they put up Belka for an ex-card I guess I gonna participate. But even that Im not sure about anymore

In my collection I have 6236 cards, over half of them I have in the hidden folder. I have not gone through everyone for this year, but I believe I gonna only keep half of them as well.

In the store I see that I only want two of the cards after the calendar, and I'm looking forward to being picky

I gonna continue to be part of Dolz, and have the Dolz NFTs. But I have noticed that is increasingly an economic incentive. There are som really good cards in Dolz and I'm glad for that.

If I understand it rightly, newcomers are the bread and butter for Totem. I read in an newsletter(from Lisa?) there was a huge amount of new people every year. And I remember when I joined in 2021 there was alot to be engaged in. Alot of games and thrilles. And there is no doubt, my big cash to Totem was given in my first months. After that its gradually been more like pocket money

So I realize there is no reason for Totem to be pampering me, and there are no reason for me to pamper Totem. Thats okay, and I look forward to be more picky. Be more engaged before I buy.

Well!!!

So much for Ex cards not being available outside the event.

Like the SEC cards before them that promise lasted just 12 months.

I mean, are you really surprised?

We will get a SuperEX in the future which will also be "unavailable elsewhere" but will later be made available somehow :D

That's how FOMO and maximizing profits works. When we stop falling for these schemes, they'll stop using them.

It's reminiscent of SEC, which wasn't supposed to be available again. Totem will do anything to get people to spend our credits unnecessarily on their games.

As you say, the best thing is to avoid participating. On the other hand, knowing the behavior of many people here, they won't be doing so any time soon.

As they say, people are free to do what they want with their money.

As far as I'm concerned, what's important is that the regular cards remain available for sale.

My bad. I picked up my credit balance in error. My number of spins required were significantly higher than yours. You list 322 for your average joker cost. Is this both 12 credit and 2 credit? While you call this "a little less" your average was either 34.5% or 21.8% lower based on credits used, which isn't a little in my book.

Also, you didn't address the 5.9% in repeat cards that I was offered. Or that only certain models were offered while other models, particularly ones that I Iike, were either never offered or only once or twice. Again, this means the cards offered were not random.

If it gets the business running and keep it alive, I am good with others spending money on it, so I don't have to - and still can use the software with the normaly buyable cards. Consider this as point of view as well. With this perspective you will not feel so bad about it.
